Johanna has spent years refining this approach and has taught it to a small handful of estheticians. Now she's opening it up.

This is hands-on, direct, and designed to make you measurably better.

What the day looks like

Registration and Welcome

Live Demonstration + Q&A - Johanna demos a full facial with an in depth massage so you can see exactly how she performs her techniques. She walks you through every step as she works, then opens the floor for questions.

9:45am - 12:30pm

Lunch (Included)

Hands-On Practice - This is where it clicks. You perform the techniques yourself under Johanna's direct supervision, leaving with real muscle memory, real confidence, and real results to bring back to your clients.

1:00pm - 6:00pm

Your clients can feel the difference between an esthetician who is good and one who is exceptional.

The Details

  • Licensed estheticians from any state.

    Students currently enrolled in esthetics school (demo only) If you have started hands on practice in school you can attend full day.

    Self employed or employees welcomed!

  • No CEU Hours Given at this moment. If this changes before the class we will notify you.

  • Please wear ALL BLACK, scrubs or casual.

    If attending the full day - Light makeup is recommended

    Johanna will be demonstrating on each of you and you will also practice on each other.

    It is important to both give and receive to understand what the technique is suppose to feel like.

  • Materials for hands on portion will be provided.

  • No Refunds on deposits or full payment. Transfers to a future event (if available) allowed with a 2 week notice.
